Job Description:

  • Develop and execute game operation strategies tailored for local markets, ensuring alignment with Ahagames’ global standards.

  • Audit and review game submissions to ensure compliance with industry standards, licenses, and platform requirements.

  • Oversee game localization processes, ensuring cultural relevance, translation accuracy, and engaging user experience.

  • Plan and manage local in-app events, festivals, and community campaigns to boost user engagement and retention.

  • Analyze market trends to identify and recommend popular games for platform integration.

  • Build and maintain community channels (social media, fan groups, forums) to drive active engagement and gather user feedback.

  • Test and evaluate new platform functions, providing detailed optimization reports.

  • Collaborate with Business Development to strengthen relationships with local game developers.

  • Monitor and analyze game performance metrics (downloads, retention, revenue) and propose data-driven strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in game localization and in-app event operations within mobile or online gaming environments

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions is an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of the gaming industry, user behavior, and emerging market trends

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Strong analytical abilities, with expertise in interpreting game performance data, KPIs, and metrics

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus

  • Proficient in game operation tools, analytics platforms, and community management systems

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures

  • Creative problem-solving skills to design engaging in-game events, campaigns, and user experiences

  • Passion for gaming, innovation, and keeping up with industry trends

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced and evolving gaming environments

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Game Design, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in game operations, app management, or digital product operations.
