Job Description:

We are looking for a rare hybrid talent a Full-Stack Web Developer & Graphic Designer who can bridge the gap between technical architecture and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable web applications while ensuring they remain aesthetically stunning and brand-aligned. If you have a clean code base, a sharp eye for UI/UX, and the ability to manage the full content and application lifecycle, this is the perfect role for you to showcase your creative and technical versatility.

Requirements:

• Full-Stack Development: Design and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications. You will be expected to write clean code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js/Python/PHP), manage databases, and integrate APIs.

• Creative Design: Produce high-impact visual assets including UI elements, logos, banners, and marketing materials. You will lead the development of our branding guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• Workflow Integration: Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to translate strategic goals into functional, beautiful digital experiences.

• Optimization: Perform debugging, performance tuning, and cross-browser testing to ensure our web products are fast, stable, and mobile-ready.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Front-end: Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Back-end & DB: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP; experienced with MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

  • DevOps/Process: Knowledge of Git, web hosting, and deployment tools.

• Design Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.

  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and UX/UI design methodologies.

• Preferred Certifications & Exposure:

  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.

  • Cloud (AWS/Azure) and Agile/Scrum certifications are highly regarded.

  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, motion graphics, and video editing.

• Operational Requirements: Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM WAT.
