Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Officer to serve as the face of our organization. In this role, you are the first point of contact for every visitor, client, and partner. You set the tone for the entire office experience.

Requirements:
1. Visitor Management & Brand Experience
Professional Reception: Greet and assist visitors with a high degree of warmth and professionalism, ensuring their first impression of the company is positive.
Access Control: Maintain meticulous visitor logs and issue access passes, serving as a critical layer in the office’s security and safety protocols.
Environment Stewardship: Ensure the reception and lobby areas remain pristine, organized, and reflective of the company’s brand standards.
2. Communication & Logistics Hub
Inbound Management: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails with speed and accuracy, ensuring no inquiry goes unanswered.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the receipt and distribution of all mail, packages, and sensitive deliveries.
Appointment Governance: Oversee the scheduling of appointments and the booking of meeting rooms to prevent scheduling conflicts and optimize office space.
3. Administrative & Operational Support
Departmental Liaison: Act as the central node of communication, connecting visitors and inquiries with the correct staff and departments.
Data & Documentation: Support the broader administrative team with filing, accurate data entry, and essential document preparation.
Time Management: Exhibit strong multitasking abilities to handle high-traffic reception periods while completing administrative tasks under minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc. in a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist is a strong advantage.
Tech IQ: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word for documentation, Excel for logs, and Outlook for scheduling).
