Job Description:
- Warmly welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Promptly and accurately answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide information about the company's services, facilities, and policies to visitors.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary
