Job Description:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Support customer retention efforts by delivering outstanding service and building rapport.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers and suggest relevant solutions
Requirements:
- SSCE/OND/HND/BSC Holders are eligible to apply for this position.
- Must reside within the axis of ago palace way, okota, lagos state.
Salary
