Job Description:

Flexisaf is seeking dynamic and energetic Backend Development Interns to join our intensive tech ecosystem. In an era of digital transformation, the backend is the engine room of innovation. This program is designed for "Logic Architects", proactive individuals who are eager to move beyond simple coding toward mastering the frameworks, databases, and architectural patterns that power complex software.

Your mission is to "Engineer Resilience." You will participate in a structured, self-study-driven curriculum, progressing through real-life tasks and projects under the guidance of industry leaders. Whether you are a SIWES student, an NYSC Corps Member, or a graduate looking to pivot into tech, this program provides the technical grit and soft skills required to thrive in a global software engineering career.

Requirements:

1. Core Backend Engineering & Frameworks

• Language Mastery: Deepen your working knowledge of Java, the foundation of enterprise-grade backend systems.

• Modern Frameworks: Gain exposure to high-performance tools such as Spring, Quarkus, and Flyway for database migrations and microservices management.

• Future-Proofing: Explore the integration of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into backend architectures to build smarter, adaptive applications.

2. Systems Thinking & Troubleshooting

• Analytical Problem-Solving: Apply advanced mathematics and computer science logic to solve real-world challenges, moving from "bugs" to "optimizations."
