We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Fleet Officer to support fleet operations and ensure optimal vehicle performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily fleet operations and vehicle movement
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair schedules
• Track vehicle documentation, licenses, and compliance records
• Liaise with drivers to ensure adherence to operational standards
• Monitor fuel usage and control fleet-related costs
• Prepare fleet performance and downtime reports
• Ensure company safety and road compliance policies are followed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to manage drivers and enforce compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
• Experience in a haulage or logistics company is an advantage.
