  • Invoice Validation: Meticulously validate units billed on leasing invoices, investigating discrepancies with branches and clients to ensure resolution before payment.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Administer vehicle titling, licensing, and registrations, ensuring every unit in the fleet is legally compliant and road-ready.

3. Regional Liaison & Field Support

  • Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between corporate and field locations, resolving conflicts between suppliers and regional teams regarding acquisitions or services.

  • Resource Management: Support regional hubs with critical tools, including the requisition tool, fuel card administration, tracking documentation, and expense allocations.

  • Disposal & Decommissioning: Coordinate the smooth disposal of aging assets, ensuring that vehicle removals are documented and accounted for in Fixed Asset files.
