Job Description:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and models to support strategic business decisions.
Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and other key financial reports.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets; lead cost control initiatives to enhance financial efficiency.
Financial Compliance & Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate procedures.
Risk Management:
- Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational exposures.
Internal Controls
- Implement strong internal controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to align with strategic business goals and drive performance.
Requirements:
- Education: HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certification: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 14 years in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and effective communication.
