Job Description:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenditures against budgets, and report on variances.
  • Manage all daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. This involves recording all income and expenses.
  • Monitor the organization's cash flow, managing bank accounts and reconciling statements to ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee and reconcile the petty cash fund.
  • ​Process payments to vendors, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring all payments are properly authorized and documented.
  • Process payroll for all staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Ensure all financial practices comply with local laws, donor regulations, and internal organizational policies.
  • Assist in preparing all necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
