Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Finance Officer to anchor the fiscal engine of our Abuja operations. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reporting and the precision of the variance analysis success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex datasets with the clinical precision required for Budgetary Control, KPI Interpretation, and Regulatory Alignment. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect", specifically a Bachelor’s degree holder with 4–6 years of experience—who can blend "Analytical Grit" (tracking performance against budgeted targets) with the "Strategic Agility" required to support external audits and tax compliance within a fast-paced Tech or SME environment.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Reporting Governance

• Record Sovereignty: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting principles, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Data."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review, providing the "Structural Foundation" for executive transparency.

• Integrity Stewardship: Support external audits and ensure strict compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic

• Budgetary Sovereignty: Track financial performance against budgeted targets, acting as the primary "Source of Expenditure Control."

• Variance Architecture: Conduct millimetric variance analyses to identify gaps between projected and actual spend, providing the "Functional Foundation" for fiscal realignment.

• Metric Stewardship: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business health, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Growth Recommendations."

3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power

• Framework Sovereignty: Utilize deep knowledge of budgeting and compliance to de-risk financial operations, acting as the primary "Source of Process Rigor."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Certification Advantage: ICAN/ACCA certification is highly preferred.

• Experience: 4–6 years in finance or accounting roles (Tech, Startup, or SME experience is ideal).
