We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations across all payment channels and bank accounts.
• Supervise settlement processes for all customer transactions, partner payments, and remittance flows.
• Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and integrity in reporting and documentation.
• Prepare and present financial statements, performance reports, and variance analyses to executive management.
• Manage multi-country accounting operations and support regulatory compliance in each jurisdiction.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and foreign exchange exposures.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes across business units.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
• Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to support risk management and operational efficiency.
• Support product and expansion teams with financial models and viability assessments.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) – mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is an added advantage
• 8–12 years of experience in finance roles within the financial services or fintech industry
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reconciliation, and settlement operations
• Experience working in multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional environments
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle, etc.) and financial analysis tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional collaboration.
