Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and logistics? We are seeking proactive Field Marketers to drive our customer acquisition efforts across Lagos. In this role, you will be the face of our logistics services, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring seamless coordination with our dispatch riders. Requirements:

• Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and onboard new clients within your assigned location to expand our market share.

• Operational Coordination: Work closely with assigned dispatch riders to ensure order fulfillment and smooth service delivery.

• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.

• Accountability: Submit accurate daily activity reports via our digital tools to track progress and operational data.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets to unlock performance-based commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of OND in any field.

• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (Logistics experience is a plus).

• Location: Must be a resident of Lagos.

• Tech Proficiency: Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps for reporting and communication.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Mindset: Highly disciplined, consistent, and capable of working effectively in a performance-driven, hybrid environment.
