Job Description:

Are you a recent graduate seeking a hands-on career start in supply chain management? We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and proactive Logistics Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a self-motivated professional who has completed their NYSC and is eager to support the efficient coordination and execution of our delivery processes.

As a Logistics Intern, you will play a key role in our daily operations, from order fulfillment to managing external partnerships, ensuring our service quality remains industry-leading.

Requirements:

• Order Fulfillment: Support the consolidation and processing of orders to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate delivery to customers.

• Partnership Management: Assist the logistics team in identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to expand our reach.

• Delivery Monitoring: Actively track shipments and follow up on deliveries to uphold high service quality standards and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Operational Support: Maintain logistical documentation and provide data-driven insights to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) is required for reporting and tracking.

• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external partners.

• Work Style: A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively within a team.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in record-keeping and process execution.
