Job Description:
We are assisting our client, a leading player in the real estate and construction industry, in recruiting a Facility Officer. The Facility Officer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of the organization's facilities. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations while enhancing the overall environment for staff and clients.
Salary: 200,000 - 250,000 Naira Monthly Gross

- Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience in facility management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of facility management best practices and relevant regulations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety.
