Job Description:
As the Facilities Manager, you will serve as a key pillar in our operational success, overseeing the maintenance, functionality, and strategic management of our premises. Your primary objective is to cultivate a safe, clean, and highly efficient environment that empowers our teams to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
Operational Excellence: Direct day-to-day facility operations, including proactive maintenance, urgent repairs, and seamless service coordination.
Vendor Stewardship: Supervise and evaluate external service providers to ensure all facility services meet our standards for quality and timeliness.
Safety & Compliance: Champion rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards across all site facilities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Infrastructure Oversight: Monitor utility consumption, equipment performance, and physical infrastructure to maintain 100% operational functionality.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules and facility improvement roadmaps to drive long-term efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in facility management.
Professional Credentials: Possession of professional certifications such as IFMA (International Facility Management Association) or NEBOSH is highly preferred.
Core Competencies: Expert-level knowledge of facility maintenance best practices, health and safety regulations, and efficient vendor management.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional organizational, analytical problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities.
Salary
