Job Description:
- The Executive Assistant to the CEO will manage executive schedules, prepare communications, coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, support project tracking, and act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments for executive leadership
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle follow-up communication
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and confidential records
- Draft, review, and send professional correspondence on behalf of executives
- Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and managing action items
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as needed
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives, staff, and external partners
- Monitor email communications and prioritize items requiring executive attention
- Support executives with administrative tasks to ensure efficiency
- Assist with leadership-related onboarding and coordination
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking
- Maintain discretion and always safeguard sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office / Administrative Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration or related degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, or related roles.
Skills & Competencies:

- Strong computer literacy

Salary
