We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The Administrative Manager will manage administrative processes, maintain organized systems, coordinate meetings, support teams, and ensure operational functionality across the organization.
- The role requires excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and service issues
- Serve as the central point of contact for staff questions and operational concerns
- Coordinate schedules, internal meetings, and cross-team communication
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, correspondence, and documentation
- Monitor office environment, cleanliness, and functionality; coordinate repairs or improvements
- Assist with applying and maintaining office procedures and internal policies
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Track office-related expenses and assist with budget monitoring
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments
- Prepare workstations, equipment, and system access for new hires
- Assist with administrative onboarding tasks
- Support leadership with special projects and reporting needs
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and administrative project coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Communications, Public Administration, or related degrees are preferred.
- At least 2 years of Administrative Support or Office Management experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-department environments.
General Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced preferred)
- Strong internet connectivity (mandatory)
- Personal device/laptop (mandatory)
- Strong computer literacy.
