We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and result-driven Estate Surveyor to join our dynamic real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for property valuation, lease management, facility inspections, and ensuring the profitability and efficient management of client properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation of land, buildings, and other properties for sales, purchase, mortgage, insurance, and investment purposes.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements, tenancy renewals, and rent collection schedules.
• Carry out routine property inspections and provide detailed reports on conditions and maintenance needs.
• Oversee property letting and ensure high occupancy rates.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and regulatory bodies to maintain excellent relationships.
• Prepare feasibility and market reports for property developments and investments.
• Provide advisory services on property acquisition, development, and disposal.
• Supervise junior staff and support the management team in day-to-day estate operations.

Requirements:

• B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience in property valuation, management, and agency.
• Must be a member (or in view) of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple property portfolios efficiently.
