Requirements:

1. Direct Customer Acquisition

  • Active Prospecting: Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories using direct marketing and field engagement techniques.

  • Value Communication: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and competitive pricing to diverse customer groups.

  • Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate the end-to-end acquisition process, ensuring new customers are successfully onboarded and understand the product value.

2. Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Quota Management: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume targets.

  • Activity Tracking: Maintain meticulous sales records and submit daily activity reports to help management track market penetration.

  • Time Management: Self-organize your field schedule to maximize customer touchpoints and closing opportunities.

3. Relationship Management & Brand Integrity

  • Customer Advocacy: Build and maintain positive relationships with new clients to encourage long-term loyalty and referrals.

  • Professional Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions are professional, ethical, and aligned with company values.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle basic inquiries on the spot and escalate complex concerns to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in any discipline.

  • Experience: 1 year of sales experience is required (this can include internships or NYSC placements).

  • Drive: A target-driven mindset with a high degree of resilience and self-motivation.

Core Competencies

  • Persuasion Mastery: Strong ability to negotiate and influence customer decisions in real-time.

  • Communication: Clear, confident, and engaging verbal communication skills.
