Job Description:

• We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Entry-level Customer Care Agents to join our dedicated team.
• As an Intermediate Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support and assistance to our customers.
• You’ll engage with customers through [phone/email/chat], handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear information about our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via [phone/email/chat] promptly and professionally.
• Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / NCE or OND qualification
• One year experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software/tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
