Job Description:

1. Receive delivery orders and instructions from the warehouse unit.
2. Load and unload packages or documents onto the motorcycle.
3. Safely transport items to designated locations within the specified time frame.
4. Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while riding the motorcycle.
5. Ensure packages are delivered intact and in good condition.
6. Obtain signatures as required for proof of delivery.
7. Communicate with the warehouse unit regarding delivery status or issues.
8. Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures for delivery operations.
10. Provide excellent customer service to recipients.

Requirements:

1. Valid motorcycle license.
2. Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider.
3. Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
4. Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
5. Physical fitness and stamina for long rides.
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
7. Customer service-oriented attitude.
8. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
9. Professionalism and reliability.
10. 3-4years
