Rainoil Limited is an integrated downstream oil and gas company. A prominent player in the Nigerian industry, the company’s operations span across the downstream value chain i.e. Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Sales. Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• This role is responsible for the preparation of waybill and invoices for loaded trucks and recording daily activities with respect to stock movement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of Ullagers and ensure conformity with service level standards.
• Get loading tickets from the ullagers, or customers and record them.
• Keep a database of depot dispatch activities.
• Ensure accuracy on tickets and invoices.
• Reconcile daily loading with the operations and sales team.
• Analyze and interpret ullage figures with the calibration charts.
• Facilitate the ticketing and approval of load orders as well as dispatch approval.

Requirements:

• B.Sc Degree, MBA / M.Sc Degree in Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in the operations department in the Oil and Gas industry.
