Job Description:

Are you a target-driven sales professional with a passion for financial inclusion? We are seeking proactive Direct Sales Agents to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the dynamic challenge of driving loan products within the public sector. Requirements:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Source eligible civil servants and paramilitary staff through strategic networking, referrals, unions, and digital channels.

  • Virtual Sales Consulting: Conduct professional loan consultations via phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom, effectively explaining our salary loan, quick cash, and salary advance products.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursements and account activations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with HR departments, payroll officers, and union welfare units to facilitate bulk onboarding.

  • Compliance & Verification: Ensure all applications meet internal standards, specifically verifying IPPIS/GSIS for civil servants and GIRO mandates for paramilitary payroll deductions.

  • Portfolio & Customer Management: Provide excellent post-sales support by managing client queries, repayment follow-ups, and identifying cross-selling opportunities for other Microfinance Bank (MFB) products.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity logs and submit weekly sales and compliance reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: B.A./B.Sc./HND or OND in any related field.

  • Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or financial services.

  • Target-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a performance-based environment.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products simply and persuasively.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable conducting business virtually using digital platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, CRM software).

  • Remote Work Discipline: Ability to maintain high productivity while working remotely, with a strict commitment to data protection and professional ethics.
