Job Description:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, patient engagement, and business growth across Zendale Limited and its subsidiaries.
  • Manage and maintain the company's websites, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Manage Zendale Limited's LinkedIn page and other social media platforms, driving audience growth, engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Create and oversee the production of high-quality digital content, including social media posts, website content, blogs, newsletters, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, social media, and other relevant platforms to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, and digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Design marketing and communication materials that align with the organization's brand identity and support business objectives.
  • Produce and coordinate multimedia content, including photography, videography, and motion graphics, for marketing and corporate communication purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support service promotion, customer acquisition, and business development goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, community engagement, and business outreach to enhance brand presence and market penetration.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the healthcare industry.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in content creation and management across multiple digital platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications.
  • Basic knowledge of website management using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and employer branding strategies.
  • Experience in video creation and editing is an added advantage.
