Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and data-driven Digital Marketing Officer to anchor our digital presence. In the modern banking sector, success is defined by "Conversion Resonance", the ability to harmonize educational financial content with aggressive digital acquisition strategies across social and search platforms. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Creative Storytelling" with the "Analytical Rigor" required to optimize Google Ads and Meta Business Suite for maximum ROI.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Brand Awareness and Digital Product Sovereignty." You will be the primary engine of the bank’s online funnel: responsible for promoting loan products and savings accounts, managing high-fidelity social media strategies, and ensuring 100% SEO optimization of our digital assets. If you possess "Strong Analytical Grit," a background in Fintech or Banking, and the "Creative Mindset" to turn complex financial services into engaging digital content, we want you to drive our market sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Digital Strategy & Product Orchestration
Growth Architecture: Develop and implement high-impact digital marketing strategies specifically aligned with the bank’s loan and savings growth objectives.
Product Advocacy: Collaborate with product teams to design digital journeys that simplify the promotion of complex financial services to a diverse online audience.
Email Engagement: Design and execute automated email marketing campaigns to nurture existing leads and improve long-term customer retention.
2. Platform Sovereignty & Content Governance
Multi-Channel Management: Oversee the bank’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice.
Content Engineering: Create "Informative & Engaging" digital content that demystifies banking services and encourages customer interaction.
SEO/SEM Optimization: Lead Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts to ensure the bank ranks at the top of high-intent financial searches.
3. Performance Analytics & Data Intelligence
Insight Engineering: Utilize Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to monitor campaign performance, translating raw data into actionable insights for the executive team.
Ad Management: Plan and execute precision-targeted online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to drive qualified traffic to our digital portals.
Trend Monitoring: Track the latest digital marketing trends within the financial sector to recommend innovative "First-to-Market" strategies.
4. Community Diplomacy & Brand Awareness
Inquiry Governance: Manage online customer inquiries with professional agility, ensuring timely and helpful responses that enhance the bank's digital reputation.
Brand Development: Drive continuous improvements in brand awareness through consistent, high-quality digital touchpoints.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 3–5 years of robust experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from the Financial Services or Fintech sectors.
Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital analytics tools.
