Job Description:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, online visibility, and sales growth
Design engaging graphics, visuals, and promotional content tailored for social media and digital campaigns
Manage, grow, and optimize the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Jiji Ads, and other digital channels
Drive lead generation and conversion through effective online engagement and targeted campaigns
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital ad campaign management
Proven experience running successful paid ads across platforms, including Jiji, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Illustrator
Ability to develop engaging, audience-focused content that drives interaction and conversions
Strong communication, analytical, and sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines
Qualifications and Skills:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 - 8 years proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
Salary
