We are seeking a performance-focused Marketing Manager to serve as our lead strategist and practical executor. Requirements:
Performance Campaign Execution: Plan, deploy, and manage paid and organic campaigns across all relevant digital platforms. Monitor performance in real-time, executing rapid adjustments to ensure every ad dollar is optimized for lead generation rather than just vanity impressions.
Conversion-First Lead Strategy: Design campaigns with a singular objective: driving qualified prospects to take immediate action (calls, messages, visits, or inquiries). Implement rigorous tracking across all touchpoints to ensure seamless handoffs to the sales team.
Audience Targeting: Move beyond passive engagement; distinguish between casual scrollers and high-intent prospects, building specific strategies to convert the latter.
Content & Digital Mastery: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets designed to elicit a response. Manage social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and email marketing with a conversion-oriented approach that generates tangible traction.
Market Intelligence & Growth: Analyze local and international real estate trends to identify untapped channels and emerging audience segments. Bring data-backed, innovative ideas to the table—and be prepared to execute them.
Structured Marketing Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar. Plan property launches and promotional events well in advance, ensuring timely, flawless execution.
Thought Leadership: Draft and publish SEO-optimized blog content that establishes CW Real Estate as a trusted authority and drives inbound traffic.
Transparent Reporting: Provide clear, honest, and actionable reporting on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for immediate optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of delivering measurable campaign results.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Real Estate Expertise: While not mandatory, experience in the real estate sector is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, own project outcomes, and thrive with minimal supervision.
