Job Description:

  • The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • The role leverages digital channels, data analytics, and creative content to achieve business objectives and enhance the organization’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and manage online campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search engines, and display advertising).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

Content & Social Media Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for digital platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Increase audience engagement and grow online communities.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Advertising:

  • Optimize website and content for search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Manage paid campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and decision-making.

Website & CRM Management:

  • Update and manage website content to ensure relevance and usability.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

Market Research & Trends:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing tools and best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Website traffic and engagement rates
  • Conversion rates and lead generation
  • Return on Investment (ROI) on campaigns
  • Social media growth and engagement
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
