Job Description:
SandBP is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and optimization of campaigns designed to promote our world-class training, certification, and consulting services. We are looking for a professional who can blend creative storytelling with analytical rigor to drive brand awareness and, most importantly, high-quality lead generation in the international standards and compliance sector.
The ideal candidate is a multi-channel expert who understands how to nurture a lead from the first social media touchpoint through to a final conversion.
Requirements:
Strategy & Campaign Management
Integrated Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business growth targets and specific lead generation KPIs.
Multi-Channel Execution: Plan and manage consistent, high-performing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and email platforms.
Paid Media Optimization: Manage and refine paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI and lower acquisition costs.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Funnel Management: Drive lead conversion through integrated organic and paid campaigns, utilizing automated lead-nurturing workflows.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are effectively transitioned and supported.
SEO & Web UX: Implement SEO strategies and optimize website content and landing pages to improve search visibility and user experience.
Content & Brand Positioning
Thought Leadership: Create high-quality content for newsletters, social media, and landing pages that positions SandBP as a leader in international standards and compliance.
Copywriting: Craft compelling, persuasive copy that resonates with professional audiences and drives engagement.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all digital touchpoints maintain a consistent brand voice and professional aesthetic.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).
Continuous Improvement: Use data insights to perform A/B testing and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and tools to ensure SandBP remains competitive in the digital space.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
2–3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and paid ad platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Google Analytics and basic SEO principles.
Strong content creation skills, including basic graphic design or video editing familiarity.
