Job Description:

Digital Strategy & Campaigns

• Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display ads.
• Create media plans and manage digital advertising budgets.
• Optimize campaigns using analytics and A/B testing.

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.
• Create engaging content calendars, captions, and creatives.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow community presence.

Content Creation

• Develop content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and ads.
• Work with designers and videographers to produce high-quality creatives.

Website & SEO

• Oversee website updates, landing pages, and user experience.
• Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Improve website ranking, traffic, and conversions.

Email & SMS Marketing

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Build automation workflows and segment mailing lists.

Performance Analytics

• Track key metrics (ROI, CTR, impressions, leads, conversions).
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Recommend data-driven improvements.

Brand & Communication

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic design.
