Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performance Digital Marketer to serve as the architect of our online ecosystem. This is a results-oriented role designed for a "Digital Native" who understands that modern marketing is a blend of creative storytelling and rigorous data science.
Your mission is to move beyond "vanity metrics" and drive actual business outcomes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end digital lifecycle—from high-stakes Meta and Google Ads management to the creation of viral-ready video content. If you are a CapCut expert with an analytical mind and the ability to manage multiple high-velocity campaigns simultaneously, we want you to scale our brand.
Requirements:
1. Multi-Channel Strategy & Performance Marketing
Campaign Orchestration: Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across Social Media, SEM (Search), Email, and Display advertising.
Paid Acquisition: Lead the management of paid advertising budgets on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, optimizing for the lowest possible CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
SEO & Website Management: Update and manage website content to ensure maximum relevance, accuracy, and search engine visibility.
2. Content Engineering & Creative Production
Video & Visual Storytelling: Script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (using CapCut/InShot) and design high-impact graphics for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Copywriting & Editorial: Develop compelling blog posts, newsletters, and landing page copy that resonates with our target demographic and drives action.
Community Governance: Actively manage social media accounts, ensuring prompt and professional engagement with comments and inquiries to build brand trust.
3. Analytics & Data Interpretation
Performance Intelligence: Utilize Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to track campaign health, engagement rates, and overall ROI.
Periodic Reporting: Prepare clear, actionable reports for management that highlight successes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-backed pivots for future strategies.

Professional Profile
Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social Media algorithms.
Tool Stack: Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Creative Toolkit: Skilled in video editing (CapCut/InShot) and basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe Suite).
