Job Description:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute digital campaigns that enhance brand storytelling and user engagement.
- Plan, create, and optimize content for multiple channels (social media, email, web, and paid ads) to promote ResQ-X services.
- Develop strategies to increase online visibility, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
- Translate complex service offerings (e.g., towing, fuel delivery, jump-starts) into clear, impactful marketing messages.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms in line with ResQ-X’s identity.
- Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy to keep ResQ-X’s campaigns modern and competitive.
- Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and deliver measurable results within deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in a tech, mobility, or service-driven industry.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing digital campaigns that drive engagement and measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of social media management, content strategy, and online customer engagement.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and UI/UX principles is desirable.
Salary
