Job Description:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and display advertising
- Manage OPay’s online presence, including social media accounts, website updates, and digital content creation
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and new opportunities
- Optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, etc.) tailored for digital channels
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategy
- Track and report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and apply them to campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in digital marketing (fintech/tech industry is an advantage)
