Job Description:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- He / she should always exceed customers’ expectations and make sure all enquiries are sorted, obtaining confirmation from customers that are not satisfied.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers make the best choice
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Inform customers about new books, titles and all new things
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are attended to and resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Marketing teams
- Call to just check up on customers
- Keep records of all customers.
Requirements:

Salary
