We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking four (4) skilled Digital Marketers to join our e-commerce team.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for running high-performing digital ad campaigns, analyzing results, and optimizing strategies to drive sales conversions and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Build and manage effective sales funnels and retargeting campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and sales conversion.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and KPIs.
• Write compelling ad copy to engage and convert target audiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven expertise in running ads with a focus on sales objectives.
• Strong skills in copywriting, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
