In a specialized online landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the optimization and the precision of the ROI success is defined by "Digital Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize multi-channel execution with the clinical precision required for SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, and Display Advertising. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" specifically a professional with a B.Sc/M.Sc in Marketing who can blend "Creative Grit" (brainstorming new strategies and maintaining social presence) with the "Analytical Agility" required to execute A/B Testing, User Funnel Optimization, and End-to-End Customer Experience Evaluation.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Performance Governance
Sovereignty of the Campaign: Plan and execute all digital marketing across email, social, and display channels, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Reach."
Reporting Architecture: Measure and report performance against ROI and KPIs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for data-driven budget allocation.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a consistent social media presence and brand voice, ensuring the "Source of Digital Identity" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Optimization Logic
Funnel Sovereignty: Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels, acting as the primary "Source of Lead Velocity."
Experimental Architecture: Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates, providing the "Functional Foundation" for platform efficiency.
Intelligence Stewardship: Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance, maintaining the "Source of Market Foresight."
3. Operational Integrity & Technical Power
Experience Sovereignty: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and the customer journey, acting as the primary "Source of User Satisfaction."
Systemic Architecture: Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to manage site constraints and ad-serving tools, providing the "Relational Foundation" for technical execution.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience: Proven working experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
Technical Power: Solid knowledge of Website Analytics (Google Analytics) and Ad Serving tools (DART, Atlas).
