Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Branding Executive to anchor our Out-of-Home (OOH) engine. In a specialized competitive landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the deployment and the precision of the placement success is defined by "Outdoor Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize large-scale OOH campaigns with the clinical precision required for Location Intelligence, Visibility Audits, and Vendor Optimization. This role is designed for a "Field Architect" who can blend "Tactical Grit" (supervising installations and conducting site inspections) with the "Commercial Agility" required to negotiate cost-effective deals and maintain a dominant market presence.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Visibility Governance

  • Sovereignty of Placement: Identify and secure high-visibility, strategic branding locations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Dominance."

  • Channel Architecture: Plan and execute OOH campaigns across diverse outdoor channels, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a consistent and powerful brand narrative.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all outdoor materials meet rigid brand identity standards, ensuring the "Source of Visual Quality" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Project Logic

  • Installation Sovereignty: Supervise field installations and ensure quality, safety, and proper execution, acting as the primary "Source of Physical Asset Integrity."

  • Coordination Architecture: Sync with production teams and external vendors for timely delivery, providing the "Functional Foundation" for campaign momentum.

  • Inspection Stewardship: Conduct regular site inspections and visibility audits, maintaining the "Source of Maintenance Excellence."

3. Operational Integrity & Commercial Power

  • Negotiation Sovereignty: Manage vendor relationships and optimize spending through cost-effective deals, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Efficiency."

  • Performance Architecture: Track the impact of OOH assets and recommend strategic improvements, providing the "Relational Foundation" for increased brand recognition.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Asset Monitoring and Performance Analytics to accelerate the "Deployment-to-Audit" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Branding Throughput."
