Job Description:

 Driving online visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth across digital channels.

 To develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness and convert social media/online presence into tangible sales.

Requirements:

• Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and achieve sales targets.

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms and overall online presence.

• Content Creation: Create engaging visual and written content for social media, promotional campaigns, and online marketing.

• Paid Advertising: Manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertisements across various digital platforms.

• Sales Conversion: Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer engagement and drive conversions for clothing and thrift products.

• Customer Engagement: Respond to online inquiries professionally and maintain a positive brand reputation.

• Reporting & Research: Monitor campaign performance, provide periodic reports, and conduct competitor/market research.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc qualification.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing or a related field (experience in fashion/thrift is an added advantage).

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Creativity and confidence in executing result-oriented initiatives.

• Bonus: Familiarity with content creation and basic design tools.
