Job Description:

• We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team.
• This role will focus on automation, infrastructure as code, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), container orchestration, and cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintainCI/CD pipelinesfor efficient software delivery and deployment.
• Implement and manageInfrastructure as Code (IaC)usingTerraformand related tools.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications inKubernetes (K8s)clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Automate provisioning and configuration management acrossvirtual machines (VMs/VMSets)and containerized environments.
• Manage and optimize logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using tools likeKibana, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, etc.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration of new features into production.
• Support application runtime environments acrosscloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)and on-premises infrastructure.
• Implementsecurity best practicesin CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure.
• Manage repositories, artifacts, and version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Terraform Associate, etc.) are a plus.
• Proven hands-on experience inCI/CD tools(Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI).
• Strong proficiency inTerraformfor Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience withKubernetes (K8s)and containerization usingDocker.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools likeAnsible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Experience working withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP) andVMware/VM Sets.
• Strong background inLinux/Unix administrationand shell scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
• Monitoring and observability experience withKibana, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog, etc.
• Good knowledge of networking, load balancing, firewalls, and security practices in cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
• Knowledge of databases and caching systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, IT Security, and Product).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to document processes and maintain technical documentation.
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
