Job Description:

  • Drive mortgage product sales through structured marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to exceed performance targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the credit, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

  • BSc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ managerialexperience in sales, preferably within the banking or mortgage industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of mortgage products and the real estate financing landscape.
  • Customer-focused with a track record of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
