Job Description:
- Drive mortgage product sales through structured marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist in leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to exceed performance targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the credit, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- BSc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ managerialexperience in sales, preferably within the banking or mortgage industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of mortgage products and the real estate financing landscape.
- Customer-focused with a track record of delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
