We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• At CREM Nigeria, we don't just consultt,we solve, shape, and shift. We're looking for a Deputy Manager, R&D to join our dynamic team of change-makers, innovators, and problem-solvers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive market research initiatives to uncover insights that inform high-level decisions
• Develop compelling concept notes and research articles that influence and inspire
• Lead the design and execution of consulting projects with project management finesse
• Collaborate with business development teams to craft winning proposals and strategies
• Build powerful presentations that tell stories, not just show slides
• Analyse and visualize data using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and graphics tools
• Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership through articles and reports
• Assist in budget planning and resource forecasting for research projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in research, consulting, or strategic development roles
• Strong background in consulting, research, and strategy development
• Proven ability in data analytics and interpreting market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an edge in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent writing and communication skills for reports, proposals, and client briefs
• A knack for visual storytelling and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop new concepts and turn them into action
• Detail-oriented with project management experience
• Have experience authoring or co-authoring research publications
• Are comfortable engaging clients and contributing to business development
• Bring a fresh, innovative mindset to consulting challenges.
