Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Data IT Support Executive to join our team in Lagos. This role is central to our operational efficiency, focusing on maintaining data integrity, providing high-level technical support for our OSP (Offshore/Outsourced Project) Infrastructure, and ensuring seamless communication between our technical teams and our clients. Requirements:

• Data & System Support: Assist in managing and troubleshooting data workflows, ensuring accurate data flow between systems in collaboration with our Database and IT teams.

• Technical Help Desk: Act as a primary point of contact for OSP portal feedback, data-related inquiries (via email/phone), and technical issue resolution.

• Reporting & Documentation: Disseminate monthly Power BI reports to clients, document standard solutions for our knowledge base, and maintain accurate records of training certifications.

• Administrative Coordination: Organize meetings for challenge resolution, take meeting minutes, and support business units with data entry and updates.

• Operations: Manage OSP card printing and assist OSP Help Desk personnel as needed to ensure continuous operational uptime.

• Professional Growth: Actively stay abreast of IT trends, maintain professional affiliations, and engage in continuous learning to improve functional competence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

• Professional Certifications: OCA (Oracle Certified Associate), ITILv4, and Power BI certification are mandatory.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Systems or Database Administration.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in general IT roles.
