About Company:

Rivy (YC 21) is enabling clean energy transition in Nigeria. We provide seamless finance to end-users, installers, and operators of clean energy equipment through our proprietary credit engine.

Job Description:

• Collect, clean, and validate datasets from internal systems and external sources  
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies  
• ⁠Build reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Credit, Collections and Recovery, ERM,Ops)  
• ⁠Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to define data requirements for ongoing initiatives  
• ⁠Present findings clearly using visuals and narrative reports to stakeholders  
• Support automation of routine data tasks and reporting processes  
• ⁠Ensure data integrity and security in all analysis and reporting activities

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM and ERP data (e.g., Looker Studio, HubSpot)  
• Familiarity with data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery)  
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., NDPR, GDPR)  
• Exposure to A/B testing, customer segmentation, or predictive modeling  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field  
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence  
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)  
• Proficiency in Python/R is a plus  
• ⁠Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail  
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a simple and clear way  
• Experience in a tech or financial services environment is compulsory
