Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. You will be the frontline defender of our digital perimeter, responsible for hardening our network infrastructure, implementing robust security controls, and identifying vulnerabilities before they are exploited. You will bridge the gap between technical security operations and stakeholder expectations, ensuring that our security posture evolves alongside the threat landscape.

Requirements:

• Infrastructure Hardening: Lead the upgrade and reinforcement of our network and infrastructure systems to withstand modern cyber threats.

• Security Operations: Implement, monitor, and maintain advanced security controls (antivirus, firewalls, etc.) across the organization.

• Threat Detection & Response: Analyze massive volumes of logs, network traffic, and attack artifacts to identify, isolate, and neutralize security incidents in real-time.

• Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, interpret the findings, and execute remediation strategies.

• Strategic Reporting: Assess our current security maturity, evaluate emerging threat trends, and communicate system status and performance metrics to stakeholders.

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all security implementations align with organizational standards and industry best practices.

• Continuous Learning: Maintain technical excellence by staying updated on the latest security technologies, attending workshops, and contributing to the overall team effort.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Log Analysis: Extensive hands-on experience in analyzing high volumes of network data, system logs, and malicious attack artifacts.

• Vulnerability Scanning: Proven experience utilizing industry-standard vulnerability scanning solutions to identify and document system weaknesses.

• Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of antivirus software, endpoint security platforms, and other core security software.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess current situations, anticipate future security requirements, and solve complex problems under pressure.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical security status into clear reports for non-technical stakeholders.
