Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Analyst to join our Technical Department. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and technical support requests, ensuring seamless service delivery. You will work closely with field engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, manage orders, and uphold our reputation for excellence in the solar and renewable energy sector.

Requirements:

  • Customer Support Management: Serve as the first line of contact, responding to customer inquiries and managing support tickets across various communication channels.

  • Technical Coordination: Assign and track fault resolution tasks with Field Engineers to ensure prompt service.

  • Account & Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for job completions, including generating quotations, managing invoicing, and tracking client payments.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and support activities within our CRM system.

  • Business Growth Support: Assist sales and business development teams with efficient client onboarding and ongoing engagement.

  • Quality Assurance: Proactively ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional communication and swift issue resolution.

  • Operations: Perform additional tasks and support activities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer support or client service role, specifically within the renewable power solutions or solar management industry.

  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, positive client relationships.

  • Skill Set: Strong proficiency in communication, negotiation, presentation, and invoicing.

  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and established customer support best practices.

  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to multitask efficiently and handle diverse client personalities in a high-pressure environment.
