Job Description:

  • We are looking for an excellent Customer Success Lead.
  • You’ll ensure our clients achieve real value, stay engaged, and renew long-term.
  • This role balances empathy with metrics — you’ll lead the team, build processes, and be the voice of the customer internally.

Responsibilities
Client Success & Retention:

  • Own onboarding and adoption for new clients. Ensure they understand the product/service and reach their first value milestone quickly.

Support & Advocacy:

  • Handle escalations with speed and empathy. Resolve complex issues and coordinate with teams.
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” — share insights, pain points, and feature requests with internal teams.
  • Create and share best practices, tips, and success stories to drive engagement.

Team Leadership & Process:

  • Hire, onboard, train, and manage Customer Success Associates/Executives.
  • Maintain clean data in CRM and deliver weekly/monthly reports on team performance.

Growth & Expansion:

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and usage data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on referral programs, case studies, and testimonials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of B.Sc in customer service, psychology, or any other relevant field of study
  • Good communication skills and emotional intelligence. Comfortable handling difficult conversations.
  • Excellent organizational skills. Able to manage multiple accounts without dropping details.
  • Client-first mindset: You measure success by client outcomes, not just tickets closed.
  • Commercial awareness: You balance empathy with revenue targets for renewals and expansion.
  • Good Leadership skills: You coach, set clear expectations, and develop junior team members.
  • Good Problem-solving skills: You fix root causes, not just symptoms.

Salary

N100,000 - N200,000 per month.
