Job Description:
- We are looking for an excellent Customer Success Lead.
- You’ll ensure our clients achieve real value, stay engaged, and renew long-term.
- This role balances empathy with metrics — you’ll lead the team, build processes, and be the voice of the customer internally.
Responsibilities
Client Success & Retention:
- Own onboarding and adoption for new clients. Ensure they understand the product/service and reach their first value milestone quickly.
Support & Advocacy:
- Handle escalations with speed and empathy. Resolve complex issues and coordinate with teams.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” — share insights, pain points, and feature requests with internal teams.
- Create and share best practices, tips, and success stories to drive engagement.
Team Leadership & Process:
- Hire, onboard, train, and manage Customer Success Associates/Executives.
- Maintain clean data in CRM and deliver weekly/monthly reports on team performance.
Growth & Expansion:
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and usage data.
- Collaborate with Marketing on referral programs, case studies, and testimonials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc in customer service, psychology, or any other relevant field of study
- Good communication skills and emotional intelligence. Comfortable handling difficult conversations.
- Excellent organizational skills. Able to manage multiple accounts without dropping details.
- Client-first mindset: You measure success by client outcomes, not just tickets closed.
- Commercial awareness: You balance empathy with revenue targets for renewals and expansion.
- Good Leadership skills: You coach, set clear expectations, and develop junior team members.
- Good Problem-solving skills: You fix root causes, not just symptoms.
Salary
