Job Description:

We are seeking an operationally rigorous and strategically minded Customer Services Officer to lead our administrative engine in Lagos. In a fast-paced corporate environment, success is defined by "Administrative Precision", the ability to harmonize daily support operations with lean, high-efficiency procedures. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect" who can lead a multi-disciplinary team of professionals while maintaining a relentless focus on departmental policy adherence and process innovation.

You will be the primary steward of our corporate support structure: responsible for planning efficient administrative workflows, supervising diverse departmental duties, and discovering novel ways to enhance organizational productivity. Requirements:

1. Operational Design & Procedure Governance

  • Workflow Engineering: Design and implement the most efficient administrative procedures to streamline daily support operations across all departments.

  • Policy Stewardship: Ensure all team members are well-versed in and strictly adhere to departmental procedures and institutional policies.

  • Continuous Improvement: Actively audit existing workflows to discover and deploy new methodologies that increase speed and reduce operational bottlenecks.

2. Multi-Departmental Team Leadership

  • Professional Supervision: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of administrative professionals to ensure the timely completion of duties across different functional areas.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central point of contact for inter-departmental support, ensuring that administrative services are aligned with the company’s broader goals.

  • Performance Excellence: Set clear expectations and KPIs for support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

3. Resource & Administrative Oversight

  • Strategic Planning: Plan and schedule daily support activities to ensure optimal resource allocation and zero downtime in corporate services.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain high-fidelity records of administrative performance and provide management with insights on operational health.

  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Utilize excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder requirements, ensuring a professional corporate image at all times.
