We are seeking an operationally rigorous and strategically minded Customer Services Officer to lead our administrative engine in Lagos. Requirements:
1. Operational Design & Procedure Governance
Workflow Engineering: Design and implement the most efficient administrative procedures to streamline daily support operations across all departments.
Policy Stewardship: Ensure all team members are well-versed in and strictly adhere to departmental procedures and institutional policies.
Continuous Improvement: Actively audit existing workflows to discover and deploy new methodologies that increase speed and reduce operational bottlenecks.
2. Multi-Departmental Team Leadership
Professional Supervision: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of administrative professionals to ensure the timely completion of duties across different functional areas.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central point of contact for inter-departmental support, ensuring that administrative services are aligned with the company’s broader goals.
Performance Excellence: Set clear expectations and KPIs for support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
3. Resource & Administrative Oversight
Strategic Planning: Plan and schedule daily support activities to ensure optimal resource allocation and zero downtime in corporate services.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain high-fidelity records of administrative performance and provide management with insights on operational health.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Utilize excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder requirements, ensuring a professional corporate image at all times.
