Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Technical Supervisor to anchor the knowledge engine of our service operations in Kano. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the repair and the precision of the technical transfer success is defined by "Technical Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize hands-on mechanical expertise with the clinical precision required for Curriculum Development, Practical Demonstrations, and Workforce Mentorship. This role is designed for a "Knowledge Architect" specifically a professional with an Engineering background and Trade Test certification who can blend "Mechanical Grit" (mastering motorcycle and power product repairs) with the "Instructional Agility" required to execute Complex Technical Presentations and Training Assessments.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Curriculum Governance
Sovereignty of the Manual: Develop and maintain high-fidelity training materials and presentations, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Knowledge."
Program Architecture: Design comprehensive training programs for motorcycle and power product repairs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for service excellence.
Integrity Stewardship: Assess the effectiveness of training modules and drive continuous improvement, ensuring the "Source of Technical Competency" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Instructional Logic
Demonstrative Sovereignty: Provide hands-on training and real-world repair demonstrations, acting as the primary "Source of Practical Mastery."
Guidance Architecture: Support trainees with ongoing mentorship and professional guidance, providing the "Functional Foundation" for workforce development.
Intelligence Stewardship: Stay current with technological advancements and industry trends, maintaining the "Source of Technical Foresight."
3. Operational Integrity & Mentorship Power
Simplification Sovereignty: Translate complex engineering concepts into accessible learning modules, acting as the primary "Source of Knowledge Accessibility."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Certification: Trade Test certification or equivalent in motorcycle and power product repair.
Experience: Extensive practical experience in repairs combined with a proven track record as a Technical Trainer.
Communication: Elite presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex mechanical systems for learners.
