Job Description:

  • Supervise daily customer service operations, ensuring customers receive warm, prompt, and professional service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to consistently uphold service standards.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests effectively and professionally.
  • Work closely with customer service representatives to ensure seamless coordination and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized service area in line with brand standards.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide reports and recommendations to management.
  • Assist with scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, retention, and repeat patronage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or similar customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Salary

₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
